William Keith Vaughn

William Keith Vaughn, of Greensboro went to be with the Lord Wednesday July 21, 2021 at his home after a lengthy illness. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Saturday July 24, 2021 in Citty Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Roberts officiating. Burial will be in Greenview Cemetery. The family will see friends Saturday July 24, 2021 10:00 till 11:00 AM one hour prior to the service at Citty Funeral Home. A native of Reidsville, he was the son of the late William Percy “Billy” and Helen Smith Vaughn and had lived in Guilford County most of his life. He was a retired maintenance tech for several pharmaceutical companies in and around Greensboro and after retirement he worked for Koury Convention Center in their maintenance department. He participated in a 5k run/walk for prostate cancer in 2019 called ZERO the end of prostate cancer. Keith enjoyed working on his dad’s truck, gardening, watching movies, most of all he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors include his son: Jason C. Vaughn and fiancé Sharon of Reidsville, sister: Pam V. Roberts and husband Johnny of Brookneal, VA, grandchildren: Logan Hailey Vaughn of Greensboro, Christopher Colton Vaughn and Riley Anne Robertson both of Reidsville.
