William Mark Perkinson

William Mark Perkinson, 71, went to be with his Lord on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at his home.

A memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 PM Sunday, November 16, 2025, at Main St. United Methodist Church with Rev. Andrew Brown and Rev. Wes Pitts officiating.  Burial will follow in the Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will see friends from 2:00 PM till 3:00 PM on Sunday, Nov. 16, 2025, in the fellowship hall of Main St. United Methodist Church.

A native of Reidsville, he was the son of the late William Ragland Perkinson and Kathleen Cheek Baylor and he had lived here most of his life.  Mark was the co-owner of Eden Dental Arts and was a member of Main St. United Methodist Church where he served as the “Head Usher”.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing golf.

Mark is survived by his wife of 50 years:  Phyllis Coleman Perkinson of the home, his son:  Cole Perkinson of Reidsville, his daughter:  Jane Allen Tilley (Michael) of Reidsville, his sister:  Jane P. O’Neal (James) of Southport, his brother-in-law:  Billy Coleman of Reidsville, his grandchildren:  Kayleigh Perkinson, Katie Perkinson, Luke Perkinson, Logan Tilley, and Mack Tilley, his niece:  Kathryn Johnson and his great niece:  Madeline Kay (Steven).
