Terry Eugene "T.J." Pruitt. Jr.

Terry Eugene “T.J.” Pruitt, Jr. of Greensboro, NC died Friday December 17, 2021 at Wake Forest University Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. A memorial service will be conducted 7:00 P.M. Wednesday December 29, 2021 in Citty Funeral Home Chapel. The family will see friends following the service at Citty Funeral Home and at other times at the home of his father: 277 Elliott Rd. Reidsville. A native of Reidsville, he was a son of Terry Eugene Pruitt and Nancy Frye Pruitt and had lived in Reidsville most of his life. He was a former employee of CAMCO in Greensboro, and enjoyed playing golf. T.J. enjoyed watching football, model cars, slot car racing, attending drag races and he and his father were in the process of building a drag racing car.  He loved music and attending concerts, going on cruises, and the beach, but the love of his life was his son Trey. Survivors include his son: Terry Eugene “Trey” Pruitt, III of Greensboro, his father: Terry Eugene Pruitt of Reidsville, his mother: Nancy Frye Pruitt of Greensboro, special friend: Briggette Slivinski of Graham, brother: Daniel Pruitt (Paula) of Greensboro, sisters: Amanda Pruitt of Greensboro, and Emily Quinn (Tim) of Reidsville, maternal grandmother: Anne H. Cobb of Reidsville, paternal grandfather: Junior Pruitt of Reidsville, uncle: Reggie Pruitt (Wanda) of Reidsville, aunts: Patsy Robertson of Reidsville, and Connie Jones of Gibsonville, nieces: Phoenix, Gabrielle, and Midori, nephew: Luke and numerous cousins.
