Robin Rector Easter

Robin Rector Easter, 60, of Ruffin went to be with the Lord on Wednesday June 16, 2021 at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro. Memorial services will be conducted 4:00 PM Tuesday June 22, 2021 at Ruffin-Stacey Baptist Church with burial to following the church cemetery. The family will see friends following the service in the old fellowship hall of Ruffin-Stacey Baptist Church. A native of Rockingham County, she was a daughter of the late William Ray and Helen Lee Rector and had lived her entire life in Rockingham County. She was the manager of the Reidsville Bible Bookstore and was a member of Ruffin-Stacey Baptist Church. Robin was involved in the Rockingham Prison Ministry until her health required her to stop, and she went on several mission trips with her church. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters: Sandra Rector, and Nancy Goodman. Survivors include her son: Isaac Easter and wife Rebekah of Roanoke, VA, grandson: Maxwell, her half-brother: Rev. Bill Rector and wife Gina of Wentworth, half-sister: Aloma Cassidy of Burlington, and cousin and best friend: Deb Bibee. The family would like to thank Deb Bibee and the many others who helped Robin throughout the years. Donations may be sent to Citty Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
