Rebecca Talley "Becky" Paschal

Rebecca Talley “Becky” Paschal, 79, of Reidsville, went to be with the Lord Wednesday October 19, 2022, at The Gibson House Hospice of Rockingham County.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Sunday October 23, 2022, in Fairview Baptist Church with Rev. Heath Lloyd officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will see friends 6:00 till 8:00 P.M Saturday October 22, 2022, at Citty Funeral Home and at other times at the residence 2755 Wentworth St. Reidsville, NC.

A native of Rockingham County, she was the daughter of the late Ulysses L. and Ennis Scott Talley and had lived her entire life in Reidsville. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church where she formerly taught Sunday Schools and was the former director of the W.M.U.  Becky was a former daycare worker at Woodmont United Methodist Church. She enjoyed reading, watching TV and loved being with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband: James Arthur “Jimmy” Paschal and a brother: David Talley.

Survivors include her daughter: Cheryl Paschal of Reidsville, sons: James Aaron Paschal (Mona) of Walkertown, and Victor O. Paschal (Gina) of New Hope, AL, brothers: Jerry S. Talley of Reidsville and Carl E. “Pete” Talley of Madison, sister-in-law: Carolyn C. Talley of Yanceville, grandchildren: Christina, Sarah, Hannah, Gabe, Natika and Ada, great grandchildren: Greyson, Chloe, Lauralynn, Merci, Averie, and Salem, many loving nieces and nephews.
