Michael Glenn "Mike" Davis

Michael Glenn “Mike” Davis, 57, of Reidsville, went to be with the Lord Saturday August 9, 2025 at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital Greensboro, NC.

Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 P.M. Wednesday August 13, 2025  in Citty Funeral Home Chapel with military rites. The family will see friends following the funeral at the funeral home and at other times will be at the residence.

A native of Hialeah Gardens, FL, he is the son of Glenn Davis and Eileen Green Reeves and had lived in Reidsville for the past fourteen years, moving here from Kings Mountain, NC. He was a former employee of Amos Welding in Reidsville and had formerly worked as the manager and as a bartender at Lucky City Brewery. He currently was employed by Procter and Gamble Manufacturing in Brown Summit and was a US Navy veteran of Desert Storm. His love of drama and singing lead to his involvement with the Theatre Guild of Rockingham County and The Little Theatre of Danville. He enjoyed tent camping, kayaking, hiking, and anything outdoors..

He is survived by his wife of 18 years: Linda McDaniel Davis of the home, his daughter: Amanda Maria Bennerson of Nashville, TN, his sons: Richard Latta (Allie) of Greensboro, Trevor Latta (Chelsea) of Santa Rosa, CA, and Daniel Latta (Savanna) of Wilmington, NC, father: Glenn Davis (Rita) of Hialeah Gardens, FL, mother: Eileen Green Reeves (Richard) of Reidsville, brother: Robert Davis of Shelby, NC, grandchildren: Elliot Irving, William Latta, Claire Latta, and Michael Bourgeois, brother-in-law: Michael McDaniel of Reidsville.
