Mary Ann Day Gauldin, 78, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 30, 2022, at the Hock Family Pavillion in Durham, NC.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Monday, January 2, 2023, at Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Pelham NC with Rev. Austin Meadows officiating.

A native of Warrenton, VA she was a daughter of the late Frederick Carter and Frances B. Grimsley Day and she has lived in Pelham NC for the past 50 years.  She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church and she was a loving grandmother and mother.  Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband:  Russell Gene Gauldin.

Surviving is her son:  Russell Geoffrey Gauldin (Pam) of Cary, daughter:  Katrina G. White (Ricky) of Pelham, brothers:  LeRoy Day (Peggy), Alan Day (Barbara) and Robert Day (Kitty Lou), grandchildren:  Gavin White, Cara White, Ethan White, Grant White, Leah Myers, Carter Gauldin, and Sydney Gauldin.
