Mark Randal Loftis

Mark Randal Loftis, 60, of Reidsville, went to be with the Lord Monday April 4, 2022 at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted Noon Thursday April 7, 2022 at Vance Street Baptist Church with Wayne Powell officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memory Gardens. The family will see friends at the church 11:00 till Noon before the service at Vance Street Baptist Church and at other times will be at the residence.

A native of Reidsville, he was a son of the late Vance and Mozelle Stone Loftis and had lived his entire life in Rockingham County. A contractor and carpenter, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle, golfing, camping, bowling and scuba diving. Mark was preceded in death by his daughter: Lindsey Hudson.

The family would like to thank the congregations of Vance Street Baptist Church and Lawsonville Road Baptist Church and The Community Home Care and Hospice staff for their help and concern throughout Mark’s illness.

Survivors include his wife: Sharon Myrick Loftis of the home, his sons: Kyle Loftis and Jordan Hudson (Stephanie) both of Reidsville, his brother: Kenneth “Kenny” Loftis (Rinda) of Reidsville, grandchildren: Kandyce Hudson and Kaelynn Loftis his father-in-law and mother-in-law: Leon and Doris Myrick, and his fur baby: Bailey.
