Lindsey Hicks Griffin

Lindsey Hicks Griffin ,37, passed from this life on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, leaving her broken down palace behind at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro to follow the bubbles up far beyond the light and deep into the love for her next great adventure.

There will be no formal funeral service and the family will receive friends at the home of her parents:  Maynard and Shirley Hicks 802 Eastwood Rd. Reidsville, NC 27320.

Born in  Charlotte, she was the daughter of Maynard and Shirley Hopper Hicks and she had lived in Reidsville most of her life.  Lindsey was a former First Responder with EMS.  She enjoyed adventuring the mountains, visiting the beach, camping, attending auto races and seeing live music with her husband and furbabies by her side.

She is survived by her husband:  Justin Griffin of the home, her furbabies:  Magnolia May Griffin and Henry Lee Griffin, her parents:  Maynard & Shirley Hopper Hicks of Reidsville, her brother:  Christopher Hicks of Greensboro, her father-in-law:  Kenny Griffin of Reidsvile.

Citty Funeral Home is assisting the Griffin family.  The family requests that any memorials please be sent to an EMS related entity.
