Linda Paschal Pritchard

Linda Paschal Pritchard, 75, of Morganton, NC, went to be with her Lord on Friday, November 24, 2023, at her home.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 28,2023 at New Hope Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.  Friends wishing to pay their respects may sign a register at Citty Funeral Home on Sunday, November 26, 2023, after 1:00 PM and on Monday, November 27, 2023 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 12:30 PM.

A native of Reidsville, she was a daughter of the late Elwood C. and Edna Stadler Paschal and she had lived in Morganton for the past 28 years.  Linda retired from Southern Devices, and she loved to go shopping, especially for shoes.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters, Alease Stanley and Louise Handy, and by an infant brother, Elwood Paschal Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Douglas Earl Pritchard of the home, son, Frankie Hart (Tara) of Brown Summit, daughters, Shannon Hart of Reidsville, Anita Dawn Pittman (Jeremy) of Ft. Benning, GA and Emily Bernece Ludlum (Clay) of Morganton, sister, Serena Paschal of Reidsville, special cousin, Wanda Cayton, 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and 1 soon to be born great grandchild.
