Kimberly Gower Holland

Kimberly Gower Holland, 40, of Reidsville, went to be with the Lord Tuesday September 14, 2021 at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital Greensboro, NC. She loved her family especially her girls. There will be no formal funeral services. The family will see friends 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. Saturday September 18, 2021 at Citty Funeral Home. A native of Wake County, she was a daughter of Robert Scott “Bob” and Gloria Somers Gower and had lived her entire life in Reidsville. She was a member of Grace Fellowship at South Park Church in Reidsville and was formerly employed at Warner’s Nursery and Landscaping in Gibsonville. Kimberly loved gardening, reading, cooking, and her favorite animal is the rooster. She had a lifelong love for horses and country music. Kim was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: Rev. Welton and Juanita Gower, and her maternal grandfather: Claude Somers, Sr.  Survivors include: her daughters: Brittany Knowles of Havelock, NC,. CheyAnne Knowles of Trinity, Kaylee Holland and Autumn Holland both of Reidsville, her parents Robert S. “Bob” and Gloria Somers Gower of Trinity, brothers: Scott Gower (Jessica) of Thomasville, and Doc Gower (Elizabeth) of High Point, step-sister: Renneé Price (Robbie) of Madison, maternal grandmother: Stella Somers of Reidsville, nieces: Madelyn, Emma, Lylah, and Savannah Gower, nephews: Sam and Sawyer Gower, and Trey and Chase Price, her best friend: Jenny Hand of Reidsville.
