Joseph Robert Moore

Joseph Robert Moore, 32, of Reidsville, went home to be with Jesus Sunday September 19, 2021 at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Friday September 24, 2021 in Greenview Cemetery with Rev. Ronnie Warner officiating. All people attending are asked to wear masks and observe social distancing. Joseph attended and graduated from Faith Baptist Academy in Reidsville. He was well-liked by all his classmates, sharing his humorous side with everyone. He enjoyed making others laugh and accomplished that love in life. Joseph was an avid video gamer, and shared his gaming love with his two closest friends Matthew Frizzell and Jonathan Willard. Joseph was a kind–hearted and caring soul. Joseph was employed by Walmart in Reidsville. He enjoyed his cats, especially Floppy and Scratchy, who were his favorites. Joseph also loved Duke basketball, Spiderman, and Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards. Special thanks to the Moses Cone Hospital Staff for providing excellent care to Joseph during his courageous battle. Also, special thanks to Joshua for his help and uplifting spirit through this journey. Until we meet again, our love is forever, we love you, Joseph.  Love Mama and Daddy. Survivors include his loving parents: Robert M. “Mike” and Sharon Womack Moore of the home, brother: Joshua M. Moore and wife Misty of Randleman, paternal grandparents: Bobby L. and Geneva S. Moore of Reidsville, niece: Kyndal Moore and nephew: Jaxson Moore, aunt: Beverly A. Scruggs (Jimmy), uncle: Mark Moore, Sr. (Lisa), and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his loving maternal grandmother: Barbara Pruitt Aron, uncle: Dennis Lee Moore and a cousin: Anna Moore. They will receive family only at the home of his paternal grandparents Bobby and Geneva Moore, masks must be worn.
