Joseph Elbert Ayers

Joseph Elbert Ayers, 86 of Salisbury, NC formerly of San Francisco, CA died Friday June 26, 2020 at the Glenn A Kiser Hospice Home in Salisbury, NC. There will be no formal funeral services. A native of York County, SC he was a son of the late Obie Brett and Kathleen Warren Ayers and had lived in North Carolina for the past fifteen years moving here from San Francisco, CA. He was a US Navy veteran and a retired employee of the Social Security Administration. Mr. Ayers was preceded in death by a brother: Tom Ayers of Reidsville. Survivors include a special niece Lori A.
