Obituary
John Fred Cook, 71, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 31, 2022, at his home.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Monday, August 8, 2022, in Citty Funeral Home Chapel with Military Rites by the US Air Force and the Rockingham Co. Veteran’s Honor Guard.
A native of Cleveland, Mississippi, he was a son of Frances Sims Cook and the late John Wesley Cook. John had lived in Reidsville for the past 5 years. He was a US Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War where he served as a flight medic. John went to school on the GI Bill and became a RN. He was a member of the Reidsville Elks Lodge.
Surviving is his wife, Sandra Seay, his son, John Harrison (Cory), his mother, Frances S. Cook, brothers, David Cook, Ken Cook, Mike Cook and Joel Cook, his grandchildren, Emma Harrison, Maxx Harrison, and Madelyn Seay.
The family will see friends from 1:00 till 2:00PM on Monday, August 8, 2022, at Citty Funeral Home.
