Guy Francis Lowell

Guy Francis Lowell, 75, of Reidsville, NC went to be with the Lord Monday September 18, 2023 at Cypress Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date. A native of Pittsfield, MA, he was a son of the late George and Virginia Couture Lowell and had lived in Rockingham County for the past 23 years. Mr. Lowell was a retired pipefitter for several major gasoline companies. He was a member of AA and was 23 years sober and enjoyed gardening, woodworking, birdwatching and drawing. Guy is survived by his companion of 16 years: Alice Romaniak of the home, his son: Robert Lowell (Patricia) of East Brookfield, MA, his brothers: Gayle Anthony Lowell (Nancy McLean) of Narragansett, RI, and Gary Mark Lowell (Niki) of Honolulu, HI, and his sister: Gay Ann Forbes of Lee, MA, three grandchildren.
