Doris Lovelace Coe, 83, went to be with her Lord on Friday, February 21, 2025, at the home of her sister.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at Trinity Baptist Church 9904 NC Hwy 150 East with Rev. Jason Simmons officiating and burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will see friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Tuesday at the church prior to the funeral and at other times at the home of her sister: Nancy Paynter 606 Rocky Ford Rd. Reidsville, NC 27320.
A native of Caswell Co., she was a daughter of the late Joe David and Mary Atkins Lovelace and she had lived in the Williamsburg Community most of her life. Doris was the owner and operator of Mickey Mouse Daycare, a member of Trinity Baptist Church where she was a member of the WMU and was a member of the Jolly Gems. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands: Clyde Thomas Boone and Robert Coe and by 2 brothers: Danny Lovelace and Joe Henry Lovelace.
She is survived by her sons: Gregory Thomas Boone (Tammy), Mark Todd Boone and Jeffrey Boone all of Reidsville, her daughters: Mary Nichole Primm (John) of Vermontville, Michigan and Felicia Boone of Denver, NC, her brother: Lofton Lee Lovelace of Reidsville, sisters: Louise Lovelace of Reidsville, Beckie L. Smith of Caswell Co., Jean L. Tilley of Madison, Janice L. Beville (David) of Reidsville and Nancy L. Paynter (Ted) of Reidsville, grandchildren: Travis, Jamie, Tommy, Austin, Trevor, Megan, and Kristin, 8 Great grandchildren and numerous loving step-grandchildren and her fur baby: Boots. The family would like to thank Gloria Lee for her kindness and care during Doris' illness.
