Deborah Kaye "Debbie" Vaughn

Deborah Kaye "Debbie" Vaughn, 63, of Reidsville, NC went to be with the Lord Monday January 23, 2023 at her home. Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Friday January 27, 2023 in Reidlawn Cemetery with Rev. Ralph Clayton officiating. The family will see friends 12:30 to 1:30 P.M. Friday before the graveside service at Citty Funeral Home and at other times will be at the home of her daughter: 547 Drum Rd. Reidsville, NC. A native of Rockingham County, she was a daughter of the late Elon Carlton and Judith Southard "Becky" Vaughn and had lived most of her life in Rockingham County.  She was a former employee of Morrisette Paper Co. and in her younger days enjoyed working in her yard. She enjoyed swimming, talking on the phone, and being with her family. She was preceded in death by her son Kenneth Vaughn “Mikey” Arthur. Survivors include her daughter: Brandi Vaughn-Smith of Reidsville, brother: Carlton “Buster” Vaughn (Debra) of Reidsville, sister: Cynthia Vaughn Loftis (Jerry) of Reidsville, special friend: Kenneth “Kenny” Arthur of Reidsville, daughter-in-law: Mary Ann Arthur Smith of Coolidge, GA, grandchildren: Nelson Smith, Marilyn Smith, Alyssa Arthur, Kaden Arthur, Marion Arthur, and Kenston Arthur.
