Christopher Grey “Chris” Hildebrandt, 57, of Reidsville, NC went to be with the Lord Saturday November 23, 2019 at Annie Penn Hospital after a lengthy battle with cancer.The family will conduct a memorial service  2:00 P.M. Saturday November 30, 2019 at Tabernacle Baptist Church with Rev. Milton "Junior" Kennon officiating. The family will see friends 1:00 till 2:00 P.M. at the church before the service and at other times will be at the home of his mother 153 Brooks Rd. Reidsville, NC. A native of Reidsville, he was a son of Judith Williams Ware and the late William Moore “Billy” Hildebrandt and had lived his entire life in Reidsville. A former employee of the City of Reidsville Public Works Department , he enjoyed hunting and fishing and attending car shows looking at all the old cars.Chris was of the Baptist faith and was a fan of old time blue grass and country music. Survivors include his mother Judith Williams “Judy” Ware of Reidsville, brothers: Randall Scott “Randy” Hildebrandt and wife Vickie and Todd Hildebrandt both of Reidsville, sisters: Amy Pulliam Martin and husband Mark and Jennifer "Jill" Goodman Wilson and husband Randy both of Reidsville and a number of loving nieces and nephews.
