Cheryl DeLapp Pegram, 68, of Reidsville, NC went to be with the Lord Monday July 22, 2024 at her home. Memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Friday July 26, 2024 at Citty Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Christi Taylor officiating. The family will see friends from 10:00 till 11:00 AM before the Memorial Service at the funeral home. A native of Reidsville, she was the daughter of Nancy Coe DeLapp and the late James Richard “Dickie” DeLapp and had lived her entire life in Rockingham County. She was a former employee of American Tobacco Company and a retired employee of Lorillard Tobacco Company in Greensboro. Cheryl enjoyed visiting their lake house on Smith Mountain Lake, shopping, cross stitching, and crocheting. She loved time with her friends, and family and looked forward to family gatherings. She loved and missed her father Dickie DeLapp. Survivors include her husband of 37 years: Richard A. “Ricky” Pegram of the home, mother: Nancy Coe DeLapp of Reidsville, brother Mike DeLapp (Jennifer Dalton) of Reidsville, and a number of loving nieces and nephews.
