Charlie Frazier Carter

Charlie Frazier Carter, 80, of Reidsville, North Carolina, passed away Saturday October 2, 2021 at his home. Charlie was born in Rockingham County on December 22, 1940, the son of the late James Hubert Carter and Carrie Brame Carter, of Reidsville. He was a retired tobacco farmer. Charlie loved farming, playing golf and playing cards. Charlie was of Baptist faith and attended both Antioch Baptist Church and Sharon Baptist Church throughout his life.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife Lucy Thomas Carter; son Chad Thomas Carter; brothers John Carter, James Carter and Jerry Wayne Carter; Sisters Louise Smith and Carrie Snyder. Charlie is survived by sisters Edna Stone and Nona Brooks along with many nieces, nephews, extended family and many special friends.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Monday October 4th 2021 at Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery Citty Funeral Home is assisting the Carter Family. Memorials may be sent to Antioch Baptist Church 1757 Sandy Cross Rd. Reidsville NC 27320 and Sharon Baptist Church 3540 Iron Works Rd Reidsville NC 27320
