Charles Franklin Davis, Sr.

Charles Franklin Davis, Sr.,  70, of Reidsville went to be with the Lord Monday June 9, 2025 at his home.

No formal services will be held. The family will receive friends Thursday June 12, 2025 1:00 till 3:00 P.M. at the residence.

A native of Reidsville, NC, he was a son of the late William” Bill” and Audrie Hill Davis  and had lived in Reidsville for his entire life. He was a former employee of the City of Reidsville  where he read water meters and later worked at Scott’s Tractor and Equipment of Reidsville. He attended Faith Baptist Church and was a member of the Rockingham County Gun Club. He was a member of the Rockingham County Amateur Radio Club (Ham Radio) and enjoyed flying drones and playing with remote controlled cars in his backyard. Charles was preceded in death by his brother: Wayne Davis.

Survivors include his wife of 19 years: Sarah London Davis of the home, son: Charles F. “Chuck” Davis , Jr. (April) of Eden, sister: Pat D. Ellington of Ruffin, and grandchildren: Gabriel Davis (Erin) and Caleb Davis.
