Bruce Dean Rees

Bruce Dean Rees, 64, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 11, 2025, at his home.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Heath Lloyd officiating.

A native of Richmond Co., NC, he was a son of the late Jerry and Pauline Robbins Rees and he had lived in Reidsville for the past 16 years.  Bruce was a former employee of Southern States, a member of Fairview Baptist Church.  He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and was an avid UNC Tarheels fan.  Bruce was preceded in death by his parents and by two of his brothers:  Donald Rees and Steve Rees.

He is survived by his sons:  Will Rees (Shannon) and Zachary Rees both of Rockingham, NC, his daughter:  Cortney Rees (Nick Lee) of Cordova, NC, his granddaughters: Josie Rees, and Luna Morton, his brothers:  Ted Rees , Bobby Rees, and Dennis Rees, and his sister:  Pattie Webster (Shelton) of Hamlet, his companion:  Pamela McKinney of Reidsville.
