Phillip Wylie Newton

Phillip Wylie Newton, 53, of Caswell County, went to be with the Lord Saturday June 22, 2019 at his home.

A Funeral Mass will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Friday June 28, 2019 at Holy Infant Catholic Church.

The family will see friends 10:00 till 11:00 A.M. before the service in Lufty Hall.

A native of Cabarrus County, NC , He was a son of William Lawson Newton and Linda Gale DabbsLivengood, and had lived most of his life in Guilford County moving to Caswell County in 2014 from Davidson County. A self-employed real estate investor, he enjoyed fishing, farming , and creating things, agriculture was his passion. He was an amazing husband, father, and grandfather as well as a good provider for his family.

Survivors include his wife of thirty years: Sandra Becker Newton of the home, a daughter: Kathleen Scarlett Newton of Reidsville, a son: Charles Rhett Becker  and fiancé Elizabeth Farr of Reidsville, grandchildren: Ronan Fergus Greig and Cole Donovan Greig both of Reidsville, mother: Linda Gail Dabbs Livengood, step-father: Jimmy Livengood, father: William Lawson Newton , brother: Perry Lawson Newton of Rockwell, NC, and sister: Billinda Newton: Concord, NC.
