Maurice Zerr Price, 94, of Ruffin, NC went to be with the Lord Wednesday December 25, 2019 at Jacob’s Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation in Madison, NC. There will be no formal funeral services. A native of Wilkes-Barre, Pa he was a son of the late Burroughs H. and Rosamond Zerr Price and had lived in North Carolina for a number of years. A retired accountant he served in the Merchant Marines during WW II. Mr. Price was preceded in death by his wife: Peggy Southard Price, his sons: David Zerr Price, and Derrick Price, and a brother: Bud Price. Survivors include his daughter-in-law: Vicki L. Price of Ruffin, grandchildren: Tiffany Gerhard, Carie L. DeLacruz (James), Melissa Price, Regan Price, Christopher Price, and Joel Price, nine great grandchildren.
