Louise Snow Clifton

Louise Snow Clifton,89, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Good Friday, April 19, 2019, at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00PM Tuesday, April 23, 2019, at First Baptist Church, where she was a member, and burial will follow in Reidlawn Cemetery.

Louise was a native of Ruffin and a daughter of the late Howard and Verlie Golden Snow and she had lived in Reidsville most of her life.  She was a retired employee of the American Tobacco Co. with over 45 years of service and she was preceded in death by her husband:  Harry D. Clifton and by her siblings.  She had spent much of her time caring for her family members and she had the joy of helping care for her grandchildren.

Surviving are her sons;  Michael D. Clifton (Elizabeth “B.J.”) of Reidsville and Mark R. Clifton of Reidsville, grandchildren;  Joshua Mark Clifton, Anna C. Jones (Joshua), and Michael Davis Clifton, Jr., great grandchildren;  Victoria Ann Jones and  Joshua Mark Clifton Jr., her caregiver and special friend;  Louveina Willis.

The family will see friends from 6:00 till 8:00PM Monday, April 22, 2019, at Citty Funeral Home and at other times at the home of her son:  Michael Clifton 470 Pepper Rd.  Reidsville, NC 27320.  Memorials may be made to:  First Baptist Church 409 S.
