Charles Guy "Chuck" Woodring

Charles Guy “Chuck” Woodring, 69, of Reidsville, went to be with the Lord Wednesday May 8, 2019 at Annie Penn Hospital.

There will be no formal funeral services.

The family will see friends 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. Monday May 13, 2019 at Citty Funeral Home and at other times will be at the home of his sons:  814 Summit Ave. Reidsville, NC.

A native of Muncie, IN, he was a son of the late Harold Gayle and Eileen Yount Woodring and had lived in Reidsville for most of his life. He was the former owner/operator of Chucks Car Stereo, and he had his own catering and concessions business. He formerly worked for Trent’s Stereoland for many years. He was a member of Covington Memorial Wesleyan Church, the Dixie Bassmasters, and the Wildlife Lake. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, and music and was a former member of a band. He was preceded in death by sisters: Patricia Gilliam, and Shirley Cass, and a brother: Gayle Woodring, Jr.

Survivors include: sons:  Alex Woodring, and Adam Woodring both of Reidsville, daughter:  Abby Woodring of Greensboro, and many longtime friends.
