Alton Ray Williams, Sr., 80, of Stoneville, NC went to be with the Lord Saturday October 12, 2019 at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 P.M. Tuesday October 15, 2019 in Citty Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Evergreen Memory Gardens. The family will see friends 2:00 till 3:00 P.M. Tuesday before the service at Citty Funeral Home.

A native of Forsyth County NC, he was the son of the late Rev. John M. and Callie Lyons Williams and had lived his entire life in Rockingham County. Alton was a former Truck Driver, a former Mechanic, and most recently he delivered cars for several local car dealerships. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he attended Leaksville Christian Church.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years: Helen Skaggs Williams of the home and a son Alton R. Williams, Jr. also of the home. Many extended family members.
